摘　　要：目前,体外诊断产业对于医学检验技术专业人才的需求日渐增加。地方高校如何结合自身定位、培养适应地方产业发展需求的高素质应用型人才是一项长期而艰巨的任务。近十年来,佛山科学技术学院医药工程学院围绕医学检验技术专业本科生特色拓展方向分类培养进行了长期的探索与实践:在初期阶段,实行以就业为导向的导师制分类培养;而后通过反思问题、凝练总结等,逐步在人才培养方案、课程体系、教学资源和实践环节等方面进行了系列探索;通过进一步结合社会需求、明确地方高校的目标定位、融入新工科理念等系列实践,围绕形态学检验和体外诊断两个特色拓展方向,进行人才培养,逐步发展为具有一定特色的分类培养模式,积累和丰富了地方高校人才培养的经验。At present,the demand for medical laboratory technology professionals in the in vitro diagnostic industry is increasing.So it is a long-term and arduous task for local colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents that meet the needs of local industry development combining their own position.In the past ten years,our institute has carried out long-term exploration and practice around the classification and cultivation of undergraduate characteristics of medical laboratory technology.In the initial stage,classified training based on the employment-oriented tutor system was carried out.Then,a series of explorations on personnel training programs,curriculum systems,teaching resources and practical training were taken gradually on the basis of reflection on problems as well as summaries.Finally,through further integrating social needs,clarifying the goal of local colleges and universities,and incorporating new engineering concepts,a series of explorations around the two characteristics of morphological examination and in vitro diagnosis were carried out,and gradually developed into a classification training mode with certain characteristics,accumulated and enriched the experience of local university personnel training.
