摘 要:临床医学八年制是一种精英式教育,将正常需要11年完成的学习任务压缩为8年内完成,时间短、任务重,传统"填鸭式"教学已不再适用,如何将八年制医学博士培养为高素质、复合型拔尖人才为近年来医学教育研究的热点。西安交通大学第二附属医院将SP结合PBL新型教学模式应用到八年制临床实践教学中,培养学生自主学习和终身学习的能力,注重基础知识、实践技能、人文沟通和职业素养的全面发展,改善学生只会说病不会治病、高分低能的培养弊病,激发教师的教学热情,达到教学相长的目的,值得进一步探究应用。Eight-years program of clinical medicine is an elite education.The learning tasks which normally need to be completed in eleven years will be compressed into eight years with short time and heavy tasks.Traditional "cramming" steaching mode is no longer appropriate.In recent years,how to train eight-year doctor of medicine to become top-notch compound talents has become a hot topic in medical education research.The new teaching mode of Standardized Patient combining Problem-based Learning is applied to clinical practice teaching of eight-year program in our hospital to cultivate students' ability of independent learning and lifelong learning.It focuses on the comprehensive development of basic knowledge,practical skills,humanistic communication and professional quality.With this teaching mode,students' practical ability is improved and teachers' passion for teaching is also motivated.This teaching mode benefits both teachers and students,and is worth further exploration and application.
