摘 要:针对混凝土桥梁裂缝测量过程中,人工检测安全性差,精度低,成本高,检测周期长,而且桥梁底部隐秘部位细小裂缝难以发现的问题,对混凝土桥梁裂缝的自动检测进行了研究。提出了基于OpenCV与C++的图像自动处理与测量方案:利用COMS工业相机采集图像;对有裂缝的图像进行处理,通过滤波去噪、形态学处理、边缘检测等方法获得完整的裂缝骨架;自动检测裂缝周长、面积,计算裂缝宽度。测试结果表明,采用该方案误差较低,均在2%左右,自动化检测效率较高。Aiming at the problems of poor safety,low precision,high cost and long detection period in the process of crack measurement of concrete bridge,and the difficulty of finding small cracks in the hidden part of the bottom of bridge,the automatic detection of cracks of concrete bridge is studied. An automatic image processing and measurement scheme based on OpenCV and C++ is proposed. Using COMS industrial camera to collect images. The image with cracks is processed,and the complete crack skeleton is obtained by filtering,denoising,morphological processing and edge detection. Automatically detect the circumference area of the crack and calculate the width of the crack. The test results show that the error of this scheme is low,about 2%,and the automatic detection efficiency is high.
