摘  要:基于计算机辅助技术,以液晶显示器底座为研究对象,通过Moldflow CAD Doctor软件对液晶显示器的注塑工艺和模具设计进行了研究。首先利用UG软件建立了三维模型,将其导入至Moldflow CAD Doctor软件中。通过有限元计算确定了浇注口的最佳位置,对快速填充方案进行了动态模拟,分析了注塑过程中的填充、保压、冷却及翘曲。分析结果有利于提高液晶显示器底座的质量,缩短生产周期时间,为相关产品设计及生产提供范例及借鉴作用。Based on computer aided technology,the injection molding technology and mold design of liquid crystal display were studied by Moldflow CAD Doctor software.In this paper,the three dimensional model was built by UG software,and it was imported into Moldflow CAD Doctor software.The optimal position of the pouring port was determined by finite element calculation.The dynamic filling simulation was simulated and the filling,pressure maintaining,cooling and warping in the injection molding process was analyzed.The analysis results are beneficial to improve the quality of the liquid crystal display base,shorten the time production cycle,and provide examples and reference for related product design and production.
