摘 要:为获得高性能填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,采用氢氧化铝(ATH)为无机增强粒子,负载庚二酸钙硅灰石(即负载型β成核剂β-W)和庚二酸钙(CaPA)为结晶改性剂。研究了ATH和结晶改性剂对PP结晶行为、β晶含量和力学性能的影响。结果表明,ATH、β-W和CaPA对PP结晶都具有异相成核作用,能够提高PP的结晶温度;ATH填充PP复合材料只形成α-晶,而β-W和CaPA可诱导PP形成β-晶;ATH对PP具有增强作用,能够提高PP的拉伸模量和弯曲模量,但ATH填充PP复合材料的冲击韧性不及ATH填充β-PP复合材料。In order to obtain high-performance filled polypropylene(PP)composites,aluminium hydroxide(ATH)was used as inorganic reinforced particle,and supported β-nucleating agent(β-W)and calcium pimelate(CaPA)were used as crystal modifier.The influence of ATH,β-W and CaPA on the crystallization behavior,the relative contents of β-phase,and mechanical properties were systematically studied.The results indicate that ATH,β-W and CaPA have heterogeneous nucleation on the crystallization of PP,and the addition of them could increase the crystallization temperature of PP.ATH filled PP composite could only form α-crystals,while β-W and CaPA could induce the formation of β-crystals.The tensile and flexible modulus of PP are improved due to the enhancement effect of ATH,however,the impact toughness of ATH filled PP composites is lower than that of ATH filled β-PP composites.
