摘  要:目的研究不同材质丸料喷丸处理对铝合金材料表面粗糙度的影响情况。方法首先利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,建立多丸撞击铝合金靶材的有限元模型,并且根据Ra离散化计算式,统计有限元模型节点位移数据,计算仿真粗糙度值。然后改变模型材料参数,得到不同材质丸料对粗糙度的影响情况。再结合实验所得粗糙度值和硬度值,分析验证丸料材质对表面粗糙度和硬度值的影响规律。结果实验值与模拟值对比表明,喷丸仿真模型的模拟结果与实验吻合较好。一方面,经陶瓷丸、钢丸、玻璃丸喷覆后,粗糙度模拟值和实验值偏差分别为4.8%、7.8%、4.1%,说明仿真模型具有较高的准确性。另一方面,实验所测不同材质丸料喷丸后,试样硬度值变化趋势与粗糙度变化趋势一致,间接说明模型具有可靠性。结论三种不同丸粒喷丸效果比较表明,钢丸获得的硬度最高,玻璃丸获得的粗糙度最小,而陶瓷丸则同时获得了较好的硬度和粗糙度效果。The work aims to study the effects of shot peening (SP) with different projectile materials on the surface roughness of Al-based alloy.Firstly,the finite element model (FEM) of multiple SP was established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA to impact the Al alloy,and the displacement data of FEM nodes were collected by the Ra discretization calculation formula to calculate simulation roughness value.Then,model parameters were changed to study the effects of different projectile materials on roughness.Finally,according to the experimental roughness and hardness,the influence rule of different projectiles on the surface roughness and hardness was verified.From the comparison,the results of SP simulation model were approximately same as the experimental results.The deviation of calculated roughness value and the experimental value of the ceramic projectile, steel projectile and glass projectile after SP were 4.8%,7.8% and 4.1%,respectively.It was proved that the simulation model had higher correctness.Furthermore,the hardness value change trend of the samples after SP of different projectiles was consistent with the change trend of roughness value,which reflected the accuracy of FEM indirectly.The comparison of three different shot peening results shows that steel projectiles provide the highest hardness and glass projectiles provide the lowest roughness,while ceramic projectiles provide relatively good hardness and roughness effects.
