摘　　要：中国地质调查局十分重视标准化工作,通过持续加强标准制修订工作,大力推进标准化建设,20年来共进行了400余项地质调查技术标准的制修订工作,标准化建设取得明显成效。但是,面对地质调查工作转型升级的实际需求,标准化建设仍存在一些问题:一批标龄较长的标准急需修订、新标准缺口较大、标准体系顶层设计需要进一步优化、地质调查科技成果转化为新标准力度不够、标准国际化工作有待深化、人才队伍不稳定制约标准化工作可持续发展、标准技术内容的宣传推广力度不够等。为此,建议进一步健全完善地质调查标准体系,优化顶层设计;加快一批急需标准的制修订步伐,促进地质工作转型升级;促进地质调查科技成果转化为技术标准,创新标准形成机制;加强标准国际化研究,提升影响力和话语权;强化技术内容宣贯,加大标准推广应用力度。The China Geological Survey attaches great importance to the standardization work.By continuously strengthening the standard system revision work to vigorously promote the standardization construction,over the past 20 years,a total of more than 400 geological survey technical standards have been revised and developed,and the standardization construction has achieved remarkable results.However,in the face of the actual needs of the transformation and upgrading of geological survey work,there are still some problems in standardization construction:a group of long-age standards need to be revised urgently,the new standard gap is large,the top-level design of the standard system needs further optimization,the scientific and technological achievements of geological surveys are not translated into new standards,the standard internationalization work needs to be deepened,and the talent team is unstable to restrict the standardization work.The promotion of standard technical content is not enough.Therefore,it is recommended to further improve the standard system,to optimize the top-level design;to accelerate the pace of urgently needed standard revision,to promote the transformation and upgrading of geological work;to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of geological survey into technical standards,to innovate the formation mechanism of standards;to strengthen the study of standard internationalization,to enhance the influence and voice;to strengthen the promotion of technical content and increase the application of standards.
