凝结芽孢杆菌的应用现状

摘　　要：凝结芽孢杆菌是一类可以形成芽孢的产乳酸细菌,凝结芽孢杆菌活菌制剂进入胃肠道系统后,以芽孢的形式存在,对胃酸有很强的抵抗力,不易失活,在胃肠道系统中可以很好的发挥其生物学特性。因此,凝结芽孢杆菌作为一种益生菌类饲料添加剂被广泛应用到实际生产中。本文综述了饲用凝结芽孢杆菌制剂在断奶仔猪、肉鸡和水产动物方面的应用现状,为进一步开发应用凝结芽孢杆菌制剂提供参考。Bacillus coagulans is a kind of lactic acid-producing bacteria that can form spores. When the live Bacillus coagulants are entered into the gastrointestinal system,they exist in the form of spores,which have strong resistance to gastric acid and are not easy to be inactivated. In the gastrointestinal system can play a good role in its biological characteristics. Therefore,Bacillus coagulans as a probiotics feed additive,has been widely used in practical production. In this paper,the relevant literature at home and abroad were collected comprehensively,and the application of feed clotting Bacillus preparation in weaning piglets,broilers and aquatic animals were summarized in order to provide a reference for the further development and application of Bacillus coagulans preparation.
