摘　　要：分析互联网时代的数据产生机制和环境,对互联网时代数据的特点和联盟区块链的特点从多个方面进行探讨,论证联盟区块链思想解决互联网数据面对的信息安全和隐私保护难点的优势所在,提出多中心、分布式的联盟区块链的个人征信体系框架,指出通过"一库一通道"建立互联网时代个人征信体系的发展路径。Based on the analysis of data generation mechanism and environment in the Internet era,this paper discusses the characteristics of data and the characteristics of league blockchain in the Internet era from many aspects,and demonstrates the advantages of league blockchain in solving the difficulties of information security and privacy protection faced by Internet data.Then it puts forward the framework of multi-centered and distributed personal credit reporting system of league blockchain,and points out the development path of establishing personal credit reporting system in the Internet era through"one database and one channel".
