摘　　要：中医文化人类学作为一门处于众多学科交汇区域的多边缘分支学科,基于医学人类学、医学文化人类学向中医药科学领域的延伸而走上了衍生之路。中医文化人类学与近缘学科中医文化学存在互补关系,但两者并不能相互替代。中医文化人类学的研究对象是中医文化视域中的人和人群,中医文化学的研究对象是医学领域中的一个文化子系统--中医文化。中医文化人类学有着极其开阔的研究疆域,覆盖所有同中医和中医药科学有关的人和人群。满足其研究需要的特色研究方法,是实地参与观察法或田野调查法。As a sub-discipline intersected with many other disciplines, cultural anthropology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is derived from the expansion of medical anthropology and medical cultural anthropology to the field of Chinese medicine studies. There is a complementary relationship between the cultural anthropology of TCM and its interdisciplinary discipline-culturology of TCM, which makes it impossible for them to be replaced by each other. The research subject of cultural anthropology of TCM is people and groups from the perspective of Chinese medicine culture, while that of culturology of Chinese medicine is a subsystem in medical domain: Chinese medicine culture. Cultural anthropology of TCM has a vast research territory covering all the people and groups related to Chinese medicine and science of Chinese medicine and pharmacy. The special research method to meet the needs of its research is field participation and observation or field investigation.
