摘 要:胸部X线检查是诊断新生儿肺部疾病的传统方法,而肺脏超声(lung ultrasound,LUS)则是肺部疾病诊断领域的一项新技术.研究已经证实在肺部疾病的诊断方面,超声较X线更加准确可靠.但是,临床医师对LUS能否替代X线作为新生儿肺部疾病的首选检查方法仍存在疑虑.本文结合有关研究进展、笔者近10年的临床应用经验和典型案例对此予以阐述.认为LUS具有突出优势,可为临床提供更加准确和可靠的信息,可以替代X线在新生儿病房内常规开展.Chest X-ray examination is the traditional methods in the diagnosis of neonatal lung diseases, lung ultrasound (LUS) is the emerging technology in this field.It has confirmed that LUS is more accurate and reliable in diagnosis of lung diseases than X-ray, however, it remains controversy whether or not LUS could replace X-ray as the front-line examination method for neonatal lung diseases.In this paper, we combined the research progress, our clinical application experience and typical cases to elaborate various aspects of the feasibility and necessity of routine use of ultrasound in neonatal wards.We concluded that LUS has many advantages and provides accurate and reliable information, therefore, it might be regularly used in NICUs.
