摘 要:采用动态加载实验装置模拟膛内压力加载过程是利用实验室手段模拟火炮射击环境的有效方法之一。针对动态加载试验过程进行内弹道建模,选择多岛遗传算法对装药结构进行优化设计,得出了药室容积、发射药弧厚、装药量、排气孔直径等参数优化结果,并通过试验验证了优化后参数的合理性。试验结果表明,膛压曲线上升段模拟值与火炮射击试验值吻合较好,可以通过实验室单项试验模拟火炮射击的膛内压力加载过程。It is one of the effective methods to simulate artillery firing environment by means of laboratory to simulate the pressure loading process in the bore with dynamic loading experimental device. In view of the dynamic loading test process, the interior ballistic model was built, with the multi-island genetic algorithm selected to optimize the charge structure, and with optimization results of chamber volume, propellant arc thickness, charge volume, exhaust hole diameter and other parameters obtained. The rationality of the optimized parameters was verified through experiments. The test results show that the simulation value of the rising section of bore pressure curve is in good agreement with the gun firing test value, and that loading process of gun firing in bore can be simulated by a single laboratory test.
