摘 要:爆破块度分布对岩体开挖施工的下游生产工序有重要影响。在深圳赤湾停车场开展了12次爆破试验,利用图像分析技术研究了使用垂直孔复合消能爆破和水介质换能爆破技术开挖时爆破块度分布规律。结果表明:开挖方法对爆破块度分布有重要影响,垂直孔复合消能爆破和水介质换能爆破技术有助于改善岩石爆破块度分布;两种开挖方法得到的爆堆岩石块度分布较常规开挖方式均匀,大块率小;12m和8m垂直孔复合消能爆破试验爆破平均块度较常规试验分别小35.01mm、13.91mm,降低幅度分别为10.1%、4.08%;水介质爆破试验爆破平均块度较常规试验小25.24mm,降低幅度为7.26%。The blasting fragmentation distribution has a great influence on the downstream production process of rock mass excavation construction.12 blasting tests were carried out at Chiwan parking lot in Shenzhen.Based on 6 vertical borehole shock-reflection blasting technique tests and 1 water medium energy exchange blasting test,the influence of excavation method on rock blasting fragmentation distribution was studied by image analysis.The results show that:The excavation method has an important influence on the blasting fragmentation distribution.The vertical borehole shock-reflection blasting technique and water medium energy exchange blasting technique are helpful to improve the blasting fragmentation distribution.The blasting fragmentation distribution is more uniform and the boulder frequency is smaller than that of conventional methods.The average blasting fragmentations of 12 m and 8 m vertical borehole shock-reflection blasting test were 35.01 mm and 13.91 mm,respectively,which were smaller than the conventional tests,and reduction rates were 10.1 % and 4.08 % respectively.In the water medium energy exchange blasting test,the mean fragmentation size was 25.24 mm smaller than that of the conventional test,with a reduction rate of 7.26 %.
