摘 要:克拉玛依红山油田红003井区属于砂砾岩超稠油油藏,原油黏度较高,开采难度大,注蒸汽开采效果较差。通过对井区清水河组超稠油油藏原油物性和流变性的研究以及生产特征分析,结合室内评价,筛选出了符合现场生产要求的超稠油复合降黏体系及应用技术。现场应用表明:该复合型稠油降黏药剂体系具有稳定性好、耐高温、降黏率高、洗油能力强等特性,试验井采出液在含水情况下,能在较低温度维持正常生产和输送,解决了该类油藏开采后期原油黏度升高,开采周期缩短,产量下降等问题,对辅助稠油开采有一定的指导意义。Karamay Hongshan Oilfield 003 well area is sandy conglomerate super viscous reservoir with the features of high viscosity,mining difficulty and poor steam injection mining effect.The paper screens out compounded super viscosity reducing system and application technology in line with field production requirement through research on physical and rheological property of crude oil from the super heavy oil reservoir in the well area and analysis on the production features,and combined with indoor evaluation.The field application shows that the selected system had the properties of good stability,high temperature resistance,high viscosity reduction rate and strong oil cleaning capability.The produced fluid from the test well can maintain standard production and transportation at lower temperature,which solves the issues of rising viscosity of crude oil,shortened mining cycle,lower output during the later stage of the reservoir mining,and provides some guidance to support heavy oil mining.
