联结机制、利益分配演变与农民专业合作社发展

摘　　要：农民专业合作社与龙头企业的有效联结对农民分享农业产业链增加值、提高收入等具有重要意义。基于实地调研,将合作社与企业的联结模式归纳为合同分工型、参股分工型、产业联盟型、社企一体化型。分析、比较不同联结模式的特点和机制,勾勒出联结模式的三种演变路径,即从商品契约向要素契约的转变、从市场约束向制度约束的转变、从产品(个体)竞争向产业链(群体)竞争的转变,并指出合作社只有通过领办企业才能获取全部产业链增加值。建立博弈模型,分析得出增加违约成本有利于联结模式的稳定。研究启示:增强利益约束力度、丰富利益联结方式、改善利益分配机制的发展趋势,并引导合作社兴办精深加工实体,有助于合作社获取更多产业链增加值。The effective binding between farmer cooperatives and leading enterprises is of great practical significance for farmers to share the added value of agricultural industry chain and increase their income.On the basis of field investigation,this paper summarizes the binding mode of cooperatives and enterprises into four different kinds,such as contract,shareholding,industrial alliance,and integration of cooperative and enterprise.Then through analyzing the characteristics and mechanisms of different binding modes,it outlines three evolution paths of the binding between cooperatives and enterprises in China,that is,the transition from commodity contract to factor contract,from the market restraint to institutional restraint,from the product(individual)competition to the industrial chain(group)competition.It concludes that only through the establishment of enterprises can cooperatives obtain all value-added of agricultural industry chain.Finally,with game model analysis,it shows that increasing default costs is beneficial to the stability of the binding model.The research reveals that it is helpful for cooperatives to gain more added value in the industrial chain by following the development trend of strengthening interest restraint,enriching the way of interest linkage,improving the mechanism of interest distribution,and guiding cooperatives to set up processing enterprises.
