摘　　要：战略新兴产业新型技术工人配置与产业结构匹配度成为新型技术工人队伍建设的关键,也成为影响新型技术工人成长的重要因素。首先,对江苏省战略新兴产业结构现状展开分析;然后,运用产业人才结构偏离度进行分析;最后,针对江苏省战略新兴产业新型技术工人配置与产业结构不匹配的关键点,提出几点策略。The matching degree between configuration of new technology workers in strategic emerging industry and industrial structure has become the key to construct the team of new technical workers, and the important factor to affect growth of new technology workers. This paper first analyzed the status of strategic emerging industrial structure in Jiangsu province. Then, the deviation degree of industrial talent structure was used Finally, aiming at mismatch between the allocation of new skilled workers in strategic emerging industries and the industrial structure in Jiangsu province, the paper proposed corresponding improvement strategies.
