摘　　要：随着市场行情不断变化和各种环境因素的影响,部分船方想方设法,企图蒙骗水尺计重工作人员,扰乱水尺计重工作,这影响了煤炭贸易的公平性。为了维护煤炭贸易的公平性,就需要水尺计重公证鉴定人员苦练基本功,持续不断提升专业技能、积累成功经验、及时发现问题、精准验查并有效解决问题。The current method of draft survey has been in use since its introduction in our country. With the changing market and the influence of various environmental factors, some ships have tried their best to deceive the draft surveyor and disrupt the draft survey work which influences the fairness of coal trade. In order to maintain the fairness of the coal trade, it is necessary for the draftr surveyor to practice basic skills, continuously improve professional skills, accumulate successful experience, timely discovery, accurate inspection, and effectively solve problems.
