摘  要:在将数据采集系统接入到网络的过程当中,使用传统的接入方法有着接入效率低下、数据采集误码率高的弊端,为了解决此类问题,使用嵌入式技术对网络接入方法进行设计。首先选择RTL8020芯片对网络硬件接口进行设计,以嵌入式的方式将芯片安装到网络电路中,借助接口引脚实现系统与网络之间的电平转换和逻辑控制,选择相应的嵌入式网络传输协议,并利用汇编语言使得采集系统采集的数据可以直接被网络接收,最终实现网络对数据采集系统的直接调用。为了保证嵌入式接入方法的接入效率,进行实验分析,在搭建好实验环境的基础上,设立传统无线接入方法为实验的对照组,经过实验得出结论:嵌入式网络接入方法的平均误码率比传统方法低0.3%,且传输速度快12Mbit/s。In the process of connecting the data acquisition system to the network,the traditional access method has the disadvantages of low access efficiency and high data acquisition error rate.In order to solve these problems,the embedded technology was used to design the network access method.Firstly,RTL8020 chip was selected to design the network hardware interface,and it was embedded in the network circuit.The level conversion and logical control between the system and the network were realized by the pins of the interface.The corresponding embedded network transmission protocol was selected,and the data collected by the acquisition system can be directly received by the network using the assembly language.Finally,the network pairing was realized.In order to ensure the access efficiency of Embedded Access methods,the experimental analysis was carried out.On the basis of setting up the experimental environment,the traditional wireless access method was set up as the experimental control group.The experimental results show that the average bit error rate of embedded network access methods is 0.3% lower than that of traditional methods,and the transmission speed is 12 Mbps faster.
