中西医结合护理模式在提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者护理满意度、用药依从性中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合护理模式在提高糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者护理满意度、用药依从性中的作用.方法 100例DR患者,按照随机数字表法分为A组与B组,各50例.A组给予常规护理模式,B组给予中西医结合护理模式,比较两组患者干预前后用药依从性、护理满意度及临床疗效.结果干预后,B组用药依从率94.00%高于A组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组护理满意度96.00%高于A组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组治疗总有效率为96.00%高于A组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中西医结合护理模式能提高DR患者的用药依从性、护理满意度及临床疗效,建议在临床推广使用.Objective To analyze the role of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model in improving nursing satisfaction and medication compliance of patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods A total of 100 DR patients were divided into group A and group B according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Group A received conventional nursing model, and group B received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model. Comparison was made on medication compliance before and after intervention, degree of satisfaction with nursing and clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results After intervention, group B had higher medication compliance rate as 94.00% than 70.00% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Group B had higher degree of satisfaction with nursing as 96.00% than 72.00%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Group B had higher total treatment effective rate as 96.00% than 80.00% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model can improve the medication compliance, degree of satisfaction with nursing and clinical efficacy. It is suggested to be promoted and applied clinically.
