集束化护理在ICU患者压疮管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的对集束化护理在重症加强护理病房(ICU)患者压疮管理中的应用效果进行分析.方法 60例ICU患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方法分为对照组与实验组,各30例.对照组予以常规护理,实验组给予集束化护理.观察比较两组患者压疮发生情况及总不良反应发生情况.结果实验组患者压疮发生率0低于对照组的13.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者总不良反应发生率10.0%低于对照组的33.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论集束化护理在ICU患者压疮管理中有重要的应用价值,不仅可降低压疮发生率,更能减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广.Objective To analyze the application effect of bundles of care in pressure ulcer management of intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Methods A total of 60 ICU patients as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received bundles of care. The occurrence of pressure ulcer and occurrence of total adverse reactions in two groups was observed and compared. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in experimental group was 0, which was lower than 13.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of total adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.0%, which was lower than 33.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bundles of care have an important application value in pressure ulcer management of ICU patients. It can not only lower the incidence of pressure ulcer, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worth clinical promoting.
