睑袋改良整形术在中面部年轻化中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究睑袋改良整形术在中面部年轻化中的应用分析。方法选取2016 年6 月—2018 年5 月间本院接诊的不同程度中面部衰老患者25 例,全部患者均采用睑袋改良整形术,对比患者的睑袋消失率。结果治疗前后患者的睑袋消失率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。术后,患者均未发生血肿、瘢痕增生、神经损伤等并发症,并发症发生率为0.00%(0/25),术后3 ~ 6 个月随访,仅1 例患者不满意,患者的满意度为96.00%(24/25)。结论睑袋改良整形术在中面部年轻化中具有较高的应用价值,可使中老年人群面部衰老问题得到有效改善。Objective To explore the application of improved blepharoplasty in mid-facial rejuvenation. Methods From June 2016 to May 2018, 25 patients with facial aging were selected. All patients were treated with modified blepharoplasty, and the treatment results were summarized. Results After operation, the eyelid bags disappeared, the symptoms of lacrimal groove and nasolabial groove were obviously improved, and the skin of middle face was obviously tightened. There were no complications such as hematoma, scar hyperplasia and nerve injury after operation. The incidence of complications was 0.00%(0/25). After 3 ~ 6 months, only one patient was unsatisfied, and the patient's satisfaction rate was 96.00%(24/25). Conclusion Modified blepharoplasty has high application value in facial rejuvenation. It can effectively improve facial aging in middle-aged and elderly people. It is worth popularizing.
