摘　　要：目的探究重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者给予血液净化+生长抑素治疗对患者血清炎性因子以及对疾病转归的影响。方法 2016 年7月—2018 年7 月SAP 患者90 例,经单盲法分为对照组(常规治疗+血液净化+生长抑素恒速输注)与观察组(常规治疗+血液净化+生长抑素强化治疗)各45 例,对比两组疾病转归以及血清炎性因子。结果观察组胰腺恢复时间、腹痛持续时间、住院持续时间均短于对照组;观察组病死率(8.89%)低于对照组(26.67%),局部并发症发生率(11.11%)低于对照组(31.11%);观察组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-8、IL-6、IL-10 水平均优于对照组,P 值均< 0.05。结论 SAP 患者血液净化过程中给予生长抑素强化治疗有助于减轻炎性反应,改善预后。Objective To investigate the effects of blood purification + somatostatin treatment on serum inflammatory factors and disease outcomes in patients with severe pancreatitis (SAP). Methods 90 patients with SAP from July 2016 to July 2018 were divided into control group (conventional treatment + blood purification + somatostatin constant rate infusion) and observation group (conventional treatment + blood purification + somatostatin) Intensive treatment) 45 cases, comparing the two groups of disease outcomes and serum inflammatory factors. Results The recovery time of pancreas, the duration of abdominal pain, and the duration of hospitalization were shorter in the observation group than in the control group. The mortality rate of the observation group (8.89%) was lower than that of the control group (26.67%), and the local complication rate (11.11%) was lower than that of the control group (11.11%). 31.11%. The serum levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP, IL-8, IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Intensive treatment with somatostatin during the blood purification of SAP patients helps to reduce the inflammatory response and improve the prognosis, which is worth promoting.
