巴戟天寡糖联合文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的考察巴戟天寡糖联合文拉法辛对抑郁症疗效的影响。方法选择2017 年10 月—2018 年10 月在本院接受治疗的100 例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50 例。对照组采用文拉法辛缓释片单一治疗,观察组采用巴戟天寡糖胶囊联合文拉法辛缓释片治疗。考察两组抑郁症患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率情况。结果观察组经巴戟天寡糖胶囊联合文拉法辛缓释片治疗之后,患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(17.61±2.98)分、抑郁自评量表评分(33.19±2.31)分、治疗总有效率(96.00%)和不良反应发生率(4.00%)均优于对照组,P < 0.05。结论巴戟天寡糖和文拉法辛联合治疗抑郁证的疗效可观,安全性良好,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide combined with venlafaxine on depression. Methods 100 patients with depression who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 50 cases each. The control group was treated with venlafaxine sustained-release tablets, while the observation group was treated with Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide capsules combined with venlafaxine sustained-release tablets. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HDS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were investigated. Results After the treatment of Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide capsule combined with venlafaxine sustained-release tablets, the Hamilton depression scale (17.61 ± 2.98), Self-rating depression scale (33.19 ± 2.31), total effective rate (96.00%) and incidence of adverse reactions (4.00%) of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of depression is effective, safe and has good clinical application value.
