中西医护理对脊柱外科术后患者便秘的价值

摘　　要：目的探究分析中西医结合护理方式对脊柱外科术后患者的便秘效果的影响情况。方法选取在本院2016 年5 月—2018 年5 月期间所收治的共计100 名实施脊柱外科手术患者作为研究对象,将所有的患者按照随机分配的方式分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组人数50 名,在临床上采用常规护理干预方式,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施中西医结合护理干预方式。对比两组患者在临床上的整体护理效果,患者的排便时间以及便秘发生的情况。结果观察组患者在整体的治疗效果方面显著高于对照组,同时观察组患者在排便时间、便秘的发生情况方面显著优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论在当前阶段针对脊柱外科患者术后实施规范化的中西医结合护理干预方式能够有效的促进患者的胃肠道功能的恢复,减少便秘的发生。Objective To explore the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing methods on the constipation effect of patients after spinal surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing spinal surgery were enrolled in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018. All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Among them, 50 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. The observation group was implemented the integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention based on the control group. The overall holistic nursing effect of the two groups of patients, the defecation time of the patients and the occurrence of constipation were compared. Results The overall treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. At the same time, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the incidence of defecation time and constipation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion At the current stage, the implementation of standardized integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention for patients with spinal surgery can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the occurrence of constipation.
