摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理联合心理认知干预对抑郁症患者心理波动的影响。方法选取湖北省荆州市精神卫生中心非药物治疗科(2016 年1 月—2018 年1 月)进行治疗的抑郁症患者100 例,在患者同意的前提下采用随机数字表的方法进行分组,对照组(n = 50)接受常规护理,观察组(n = 50)接受综合护理联合心理认知干预,对比两组患者护理前后依从性和生活质量以及心理波动情况。结果观察组的病人在护理之后的依从性显著优于对照组的病人,经过统计分析发现存在显著差异(P < 0.05)。观察组的病人在护理之后的GQOLI-74 评分显著优于对照组病人,且差异存在统计学意义(P < 0.05)。护理后观察组病人的HAMD、HAMA 评分都显著优于对照组病人,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论综合护理联合心理认知干预能提高患者依从性,改善心理波动,促进生活质量提高。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with psychological cognitive intervention on psychological fluctuation of depression patients. Methods 100 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group (n = 50) was received routine nursing and the observation group (n = 50) was received comprehensive nursing combined with psychological cognitive intervention. Compliance, quality of life and psychological fluctuation before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of patients in the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The GQOLI-74 score of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the patients in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with psychological cognitive intervention can improve patients'compliance, psychological fluctuation and quality of life.
