酸枣仁汤方辨证加减治疗高血压合并睡眠障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析酸枣仁汤方辨证加减治疗高血压合并睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2017年4月至2019年2月夏津县人民医院收治的高血压合并睡眠障碍患者88例作为研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序进行分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上进行酸枣仁汤方辨证加减治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的总有效率(95. 45%)高于对照组(75. 00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压及睡眠障碍评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组的不良反应发生率(9. 09%)低于对照组(31. 82%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:酸枣仁汤方辨证加减治疗高血压合并睡眠障碍疗效显著,可有效降低患者血压,并改善睡眠障碍症状,且不良反应更少,安全性更高,值得推广。Objective: To analyze the effect of suanzaoren decoction on hypertension combined with sleep disorder. Methods: A total of 88 cases of hypertensive patients with sleep disorder admitted to xiadin county people′s hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the experimental group received treatment based on the syndrome differentiation and subtraction of suanzaoren decoction.The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and sleep disorder scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(9.09%)was lower than that in the control group(31.82%),and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: Suanzaoren decoction is effective in treating hypertension complicated with sleep disorder,which can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve sleep disorder symptoms,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.It is worth promoting.
