摘 要:目的:探讨睡眠管理对职业性噪声聋患者焦虑情绪及睡眠障碍的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月山东省淄博市职业病防治院收治的职业性噪声聋患者87例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=42)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合睡眠管理。干预3周后,分别采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Ondex Scale,PSQI)评价2组患者焦虑情绪及睡眠质量。结果:观察组HAMA、PSQI评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:睡眠管理有助于改善职业性噪声聋患者的焦虑情绪及睡眠障碍,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the effects of sleep management on anxiety and sleep disorder in patients with occupational noise deafness. Methods: A total of 87 cases selected from January 2017 to December 2018 with occupational noise deafness patients admitted to zibo occupational disease prevention hospital in shandong province were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,including 45 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was combined with sleep management on the basis of the control group.After 3 weeks of intervention,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Ondex Scale(PSQI)were used to evaluate Anxiety and Sleep Quality in the 2 groups. Results: HAMA and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion: Sleep management is helpful to improve anxiety and sleep disorder in patients with occupational noise deafness.
