蓝光滤过型人工晶状体对青光眼患者白内障术后睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析蓝光滤过型人工晶状体对青光眼白内障患者术后生命质量的影响。方法:选取2014年2月至2015年2月北京同仁医院收治的白内障患者116例作为研究对象,按照是否合并青光眼分为对照组(未合并青光眼,n=72)和观察组(合并青光眼,n=44)。所有患者均接受蓝光滤过型人工晶状体植入治疗,比较2组患者睡眠质量和术后并发症发生率。结果:2组术后康复状况差异不显著;观察组术后1个月、术后3个月睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组术后并发症发生率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:蓝光滤过型人工晶状体用于白内障患者,单纯白内障患者的术后睡眠质量恢复状况优于合并青光眼的白内障患者。Objective: To analyze the effect of blue light filtering intraocular lens on postoperative quality of life in glaucoma cataract patients. Methods: A total of 116 cataract patients were selected as subjects,divided into control group and observation group,and treated with blue light filtering intraocular lens implantation. Results: There was no significant difference in postoperative rehabilitation between the two groups.The sleep quality score of the observation group at 1 month and 3 months after surgery was lower than that of the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: The blue light filtering intraocular lens was used in cataract patients,and the postoperative sleep quality of cataract patients was better than that of glaucoma cataract patients.
