麻醉专业学位研究生就业后对并轨培养评价的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查麻醉专业学位研究生(专硕)就业后对住院医师规范化培训(住培)的评价和建议。方法采用问卷调查方式对2011年至2014年在温州医科大学附属第二医院麻醉科接受住培的已毕业专硕进行住培成效及过程的满意度调查分析。结果90%的专硕认为通过住培能解决大部分临床问题,但是在住培各教学指标的比较中,专硕对住培的住宿和收入保障方面满意度明显偏低,同时专硕对年度考核和结业考核的认可度明显高于出科考核和日常考核,而在就业后自身能力评价中,专硕对自身科研能力和专业外语水平评价明显低于其他能力的评价。结论麻醉专业的住培工作得到专硕的高度评价,住培成效令人满意,但是住培过程中也存在一些问题有待改善,以进一步提高培训效果。Objective This article aimed to investigate the evaluations and recommendations of standardized residency training after the employment for postgraduates with professional degree of anesthesia.Methods Through questionnaires for postgraduate residents who have received standardized residency training of anesthesiology in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from 2011 to 2014,their satisfaction with standardized residency training of anesthesiology were analyzed.Results 90%of residents believe they could solve most clinical problems in their training.However,in the comparison of teaching index of standardized residency training,these residents were less satisfied with the housing and income security,and annual examination and the graduation exams were taken more seriously than other examinations,and they had significantly lower confidence in their scientific research abilities and academic English levels.Conclusion The standardized residency training of anesthesiology is highly appraised by postgraduate residents,but there are still some problems waiting to be solved to improve the training effect.
