摘 要:本文从本体及激励相互作用的角度对汽轮机组发生汽流激振的原因和机理进行讨论,分析了影响汽轮机汽流激振的因素,特别是支撑的动力特性对机组汽流激振的影响。基于上述分析,讨论了汽轮机汽流激振治理的方法,对支撑优化、轴系设计、汽封结构等治理手段的应用进行了讨论,给出了相应现场治理案例。Viewed from ontology and stimulation interaction, the cause and mechanism of steam flow excited vibration of steam turbine unit are discussed in this paper. And the factors, especially the influence of the dynamic performance of the support, influencing steam flow excited vibration are analyzed. Based on above, this paper discussed the disposal methods of turbine steam flow excited vibration. The application of governance means are discussed, including optimization of support, shaft, the structure of the gland and so on. Finally corresponding cases in plant are given in this paper.
