摘 要:介绍了聚合物熔体破裂机理方面的研究进展,从滑移机理、破裂机理、真空孔穴机理三个方面揭露熔体破裂的本质。本文从吸附-解吸附理论、缠结-解缠结理论、共存理论三方面诠释滑移的形成理论,介绍了滑移引起不稳定流动导致熔体破裂方面的研究进展;诠释了破裂机理和真空孔穴机理,并介绍了两种机理导致聚合物熔体破裂方面的研究进展。This paper introduced the research progress of polymer melt fracture mechanism,and revealed the nature of melt fracture from three aspects,which were slip mechanism,fracture mechanism and vacuum cavity mechanism.This paper interpreted the formation theory of slip from three aspects which were adsorption-desorption theory,entanglement-detangling theory and coexistence theory,and introduced the research progress of melt fracture caused by unstable flow owing to slip.This paper explained the fracture mechanism and the mechanism of vacuum cavities and introduced the research progress of two mechanisms leading to polymer melt fracture.
