隔药灸命门八阵穴治疗肾虚型腰肌劳损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察隔药灸命门八阵穴治疗肾虚型腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法将90例肾虚型腰肌劳损患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组口服双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊和双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外用,治疗组给予隔药灸命门八阵穴治疗。观察两组治疗前后中医症状评分、腰部功能状态评分及血液流变学指标、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后腰部功能状态各项评分、中医症状总积分及TNF-α、IL-6、全血黏度、血浆黏度水平与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后腰部功能状态各项评分、中医症状总积分及TNF-α、IL-6、全血黏度、血浆黏度水平与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为71.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔药灸命门八阵穴能缓解肾虚型腰肌劳损患者的腰痛,改善腰部功能及微循环障碍。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of herbal medicine moxibustion on Mingmen Eight Array Points in treating lumbar muscle strain of kidney deficiency type.Methods Ninety patients with lumbar muscle strain of kidney deficiency type were randomized to treatment and control groups,45 cases each.The control group received oral administration of Diclofenac Sodium Dual Release Enteric-coated Capsules and external application of Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel and the treatment group,herbal medicine moxibustion on Mingmen Eight Array Points.The TCM symptom score and the lumbar function score were recorded and hemorheological indicators,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant pre-/posttreatment differences in the lumbar function item scores,the TCM symptom total score,TNF-α and IL-6 levels,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the two groups (P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the lumbar function item scores,the TCM symptom total score,TNF-α and IL-6 levels,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 71.1% in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Herbal medicine moxibustion on Mingmen Eight Array Points can relieve lumbago and improve lumbar function and microcirculation in patients with lumbar muscle strain of kidney deficiency type.
