杵针配合电针治疗坐骨神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察杵针配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用杵针配合电针治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗。观察两组治疗前后JOA下腰痛量表评分和VAS评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为60.0%和96.7%,对照组分别为36.7%和83.4%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后下腰痛JOA评分和VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后下腰痛JOA评分和VAS评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论杵针配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛的疗效优于单一电针治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pestle needle acupuncture plus electroacupuncture in treating sciatica due to lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Sixty patients with sciatica due to lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomized to treatment and control groups,30 cases each.The treatment group received pestle needle acupuncture plus electroacupuncture and the control group,electroacupuncture alone.The JOA Back Pain Evaluation Questionnaire score and the VAS score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 60.0% and 96.7%,respectively,in the treatment group and 36.7% and 83.4%,respectively,in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in The JOA Back Pain Evaluation Questionnaire score and the VAS score in the two groups (P<0.01).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in The JOA Back Pain Evaluation Questionnaire score and the VAS score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Pestle needle acupuncture plus electroacupuncture is more effective than electroacupuncture alone in treating sciatica due to lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
