温针灸联合洛索洛芬钠对老年膝骨关节炎急性加重期患者骨代谢指标及血清IL-6、IL-1、SOD的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温针灸联合洛索洛芬钠对老年膝骨关节炎急性加重期患者骨代谢指标及血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-1(IL-1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法将112例老年膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。对照组给予洛索洛芬钠治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合温针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效,并观察两组治疗前后Lysholm膝关节评分、lequesneMG评分、骨代谢指标变化及血清IL-6、IL-1、SOD水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率为96.4%,对照组为76.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分、lequesneMG评分及血清IL-6、IL-1、SOD水平与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分、lequesneMG评分及血清IL-6、IL-1、SOD水平与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后BGP、OPG、IGF-1、FGF-2与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后BGP、OPG与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后BGP、OPG、IGF-1、FGF-2与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合洛索洛芬钠治疗老年膝骨关节炎急性加重期患者,可明显提高临床疗效,提高骨代谢指标,抑制炎症因子,改善关节功能。Objective To investigate the effect of warm needling moxibustion plus Loxoprofen Sodium on bone metabolism indicators and serum interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-1 (IL-1) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of knee osteoarthritis.Method One hundred and twelve elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomized to Loxoprofen Sodium and the treatment group,warm needling moxibustion in addition. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.The Lysholm knee score and the Lequesne MG score were recorded and bone metabolism indicators and serum IL-6,IL-1 and SOD were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.Result The total efficacy rate was 96.4% in the treatment group and 76.8% in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the Lysholm knee score and the Lequesne MG score and serum IL-6,IL-1 and SOD levels in the two groups (P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the Lysholm knee score and the Lequesne MG score and serum IL-6,IL-1 and SOD levels between the treatment and control groups (P< 0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in BGP,OPG,IGF-1 and FGF-2 in the treatment group (P<0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in BGP and OPG in the control group (P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in BGP,OPG,IGF-1 and FGF-2 between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needling moxibustion plus Loxoprofen Sodium can markedly enhance the clinical therapeutic effect,heighten bone metabolism indicators,inhibit inflammatory factors and improve joint function in treating elderly patients with acute exacerbation of knee osteoarthritis.
