摘 要:依据两相混合式步进电动机的机械与电气特性以及电机正弦细分驱动原理,建立了步进电动机开环控制模型。设计了一种基于正弦加速度的新型S型升降速曲线,并与传统梯形、抛物线和5段S形曲线进行仿真比较。仿真结果表明,改进型S曲线的矩频特性更加符合电机转矩特性,运行时无加速度突变冲击;在不同细分电流驱动下正弦加速度S曲线的电机终点残余振幅小于传统型曲线。将电流细分驱动与正弦加速度S曲线相结合的控制方法可以减小步进电动机柔性冲击,提高电机运行稳定性。According to the mechanical and electrical characteristics of the two-phase hybrid stepping motor and the sinusoidal subdivision driving principle,the open-loop control model of the stepping motor was established.A new S-type acceleration and deceleration velocity curve based on sinusoidal acceleration was designed and compared with the traditional velocity curves of trapezoid,parabola and 5-segment S-type by simulation.The simulation results show that the torque-frequency characteristics of new curve were more in line with the motor's torque characteristics,and there was no sudden acceleration impact in operation.Under different subdivision current driving the residual oscillation amplitude of sinusoidal acceleration S curve was smaller than the other traditional curves.The control method combining current subdivision drive with sinusoidal acceleration S curve can reduce the flexible impact of stepping motor and improve the stability of operation.
