摘 要:基于多年的理论研究和实践测试,提出一种科学高效的油泥低温真空干燥新技术。在油泥中添加一定比例的调理剂以降低油泥粘度,然后选择低温真空干燥工艺设备,在保持油泥外围温度不超过60°的情况下,可有效分离出油泥中的绝大部分水分,并可将油泥中水的含量稳定控制在5%以下。处理之后的污泥其单位热值接近3000大卡,其可以作为生物质燃料的基质材料,这为油泥的科学化无害化处理及油泥的资源化利用找到了新途径。Based on many years of theoretical research and practical testing, a scientific and efficient new technology of low temperature vacuum drying of oil sludge is proposed. Adding a certain proportion of conditioning agent in oil sludge to reduce sludge viscosity, and then choosing low-temperature vacuum drying process equipment can effectively separate most of the moisture in the oil sludge and stabilize the content of water in the oil sludge below 5% under the condition that the surrounding temperature of the oil sludge does not exceed 60 degrees. After treatment, the unit calorific value of sludge is close to 3000 calories, which can be used as biomass fuel material. This provides a new way for the scientific and harmless treatment of oil sludge and the resource utilization of oil sludge.
