摘　　要：【目的】探讨雌激素受体α(ERα)、ERβ在胎膜完整早产产妇蜕膜组织中的表达及其意义。【方法】选择胎膜完整早产、足月临产(阳性对照组)、足月无产兆(阴性对照组)产妇各20例,采用免疫组化法检测三组产妇子宫蜕膜组织的ERα与ERβ表达情况并比较。【结果】胎膜完整早产及足月临产组产妇蜕膜组织ERα的表达率均高于足月无产兆组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胎膜完整早产及足月临产组产妇蜕膜组织ERβ的表达率均低于足月无产兆组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但胎膜完整早产组和足月临产组产妇子宫蜕膜组织中ERα、ERβ阳性表达率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】胎膜完整早产产妇蜕膜组织中ERα表达增加、ERβ表达减少,可能是早产发动的原因之一。【Objective】To investigate the expression and significance of estrogen receptor α(ER α)and estrogen receptor β(ER β) in decidual tissue of premature parturients with intact membranes.【Methods】 20 parturients with complete premature delivery,20 parturients with full term parturition (positive control group) and 20 parturients without birth sign (negative control group) were selected ,and the expression of ERαand ERβin decidua of the three groups were detected by immunohistochemistry.【Results】The expression rate of ER α in decidua of complete premature delivery group and term parturient group was significantly higher than that of full-term parturient group (P<0.05),and the expression rate of ER β in decidual tissue of complete premature delivery group and term parturient group was significantly lower than that of full-term parturient group (P<0.05),and the expression rate of ER β in decidual tissue of the complete premature delivery group and the full-term parturient group was significantly lower than that of the full-term parturient group (P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of ER α and ER β in decidua between the complete premature delivery group and the term parturient group (P>0.05).【Conclusion】The increase of ER α expression and the decrease of ER β expression in decidual tissue of parturients with complete premature delivery may be one of the causes of premature delivery.
