摘  要:为了提高口腔CT机的成像质量、减少成本、确保安全可靠,设计了一种新型的口腔CT机扫描装置机械结构。通过对口腔CT成像原理以及目前设备现状进行分析和探索,针对成像过程中机械精度要求,构建该装置总体设计方案,改善目前设备中的传动方案,采用虚拟样机技术进行三维建模,并用SolidWorks simulation模块对设计好的模型关键零部件进行静力学分析,借助Adams软件进行运动学仿真。仿真结果表明本设计精度高、成本低、安全可靠。To improve the imaging quality of the oral CT machine, reduce the cost, and ensure safety and reliability, a new mechanical structure of the oral CT scanner device was designed. Through the analysis and exploration of the oral CT imaging principle and the current equipment status, aiming at the mechanical precision requirements in the imaging process, the overall design of the device was constructed and the transmission scheme in the current equipment was improved. The virtual prototype technology was used for 3D modeling, and SolidWorks simulation was used for static mechanical analysis on the designed key components of the model and accomplished kinematics simulation with Adams software. The simulation results showed that the design had many advantages, such as high precision, low cost, safety, and reliability.
