摘 要:目的分析彩色多普勒超声技术用于诊断乳腺良、恶性病变的应用价值。方法选择80例乳腺病变患者为研究对象,以病理诊断结果为金标准,分析彩色多普勒超声准确率及声像图特点。结果病理诊断68例为良性肿瘤,占比85.00%,12例为恶性肿瘤,占比15.00%。多普勒超声诊断良性病变检出率为98.53%,恶性病变检出率为83.33%,均与病理诊断结果比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论乳腺病变以彩色多普勒超声诊断准确度较高,可判断肿瘤良恶性,值得运用与推广。Objective To analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods 80 cases of patients with breast lesions were selected as subjects.The accuracy and sonographic features of color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed according to the results of pathologic diagnosis.Results According to pathological diagnosis,68 cases of breast lesions were diagnosed as benign tumors,accounting for 85.00%,and 12 cases were diagnosed as malignant tumors,accounting for 15.00%.The two diagnosis rates of color Doppler ultrasound were 98.53%and 83.33%,respectively,showing no significant difference compared with pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis accuracy of breast lesions is high with color Doppler ultrasound and this technology can be used to differentiate benign and malignant tumors.Therefore,it is worthy of application and promotion.
