预应力CFRP布加固混凝土柱轴心受压性能研究

摘　　要：为了研究预应力碳纤维(CFRP)布加固钢筋混凝土(RC)方柱的轴压性能,根据预应力度和包裹方式的不同设计了10根RC方柱(包括9根加固柱和1根未加固柱)。通过RC方柱轴心受压静载试验获得了各试件的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、极限承载力以及混凝土、钢筋、CFRP布的应变等数据。基于试验数据,利用有限元软件ANSYS对各试件的试验过程进行数值模拟,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行对比分析以验证数值模拟的可靠性。根据数值模拟结果对预应力CFRP布加固RC方柱的受力机理进行了探讨。结果表明:利用预应力CFRP布加固方柱能有效提高其极限承载力和延性,并且预应力和包裹范围越大,加固效果越明显。数值模拟结果与试验值吻合良好。To research the compressive performance of reinforced concrete( RC) square columns strengthened with prestressed carbon fiber reinforced plastics( CFRP),axial compression tests are carried out on 10 sets of RC square columns(including 1 unreinforced contrasting columns and 9 reinforced columns) with different prestressing degree,and the manner in which the parcel is wrapped. The failure mechanisms are observed. The axial displacement of the component,the strain of concrete,reinforcement and CFRP and the ultimate capacity are measured. The mechanism of active restrained and the ductility of the columns are analyzed. Based on the test data,the finite element analysis on the RC square-column strengthened with CFRP sheets is carried out by ANSYS software. The numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation. Based on the numerical simulation result,the mechanics of RC square column strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet are discussed. The results show that the bearing capacity and ductility the of the RC square-column strengthened with CFRP sheets increase significantly,and with the increase of prestress level and the package range of the CFRP,the strengthen effect is obvious. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
