摘  要:盐胁迫限制作物的生长,严重影响西瓜的产量和品质。利用不同浓度有机钛和海藻提取液浸种,研究其对盐胁迫下西瓜种子萌发的影响。结果表明,2种溶液均能够在一定程度上促进盐胁迫下西瓜种子的萌发。在200 mmol·L^-1NaCl溶液胁迫下,有机钛稀释成1 000倍与海藻提取液稀释5 000倍对促进‘HQ-2’种子萌发效果最好,种子萌发率分别比对照提高了30.0%和20.0%,有机钛稀释10 000倍与海藻提取液5 000倍对促进‘中兴红1号’种子萌发效果最好,种子萌发率分别比对照提高了11.1%和7.8%。综合得出,对盐胁迫下西瓜种子萌发促进作用最明显的是海藻提取液液稀释5 000倍。Salt stress restricts the growth of crops and affects the yield and quality of watermelon seriously. The effects of different concentrations of organic titanium and seaweed extracts on watermelon seed germination under salt stress were studied. The results showed that both solutions could promote the germination of watermelon seeds under salt stress.Under the stress of 200 mmol · L^-1 NaCl solution, 1 000 times dilution of organic titanium and 5 000 times dilution of seaweed extract had the best effect on promoting seed germination of‘HQ-2',which was 30.0% and 20.0% higher than the control respectively. 10 000 times dilution of organic titanium and 5 000 times dilution of seaweed extract had the best effect on promoting seed germination of Zhongxing Hong No. 1',which were 11.1% and 7.8% higher than the control respectively. It was concluded that the most obvious effect on promoting watermelon seed germination under salt stress was the dilution of seaweed extract solution by 5 000 times.
