摘 要:为明确植物诱抗剂净都煞对黄瓜棒孢叶斑病(Corynespora cassiicola)的诱导抗病效果及最佳诱导方案,测定了净都煞对黄瓜棒孢叶斑病菌的抑制效果,研究了不同诱导浓度、诱导次数、诱导间隔期以及诱导持续期对黄瓜棒孢叶斑病的诱抗效果。结果表明,净都煞本身对黄瓜棒孢叶斑病菌不具有杀伤力,但对黄瓜幼苗具有明显的诱抗效果;2.0 mL·L-1的净都煞间隔7 d诱导黄瓜3次,持续1 d对棒孢叶斑病菌的防效最高,达到68.93%。此研究结果为黄瓜棒孢叶斑病防治提供了新手段。In order to identify the resistance effects and the best induction method of Jingdusha on cucumber resistance to Corynespora cassiicola, the bacteriostatic activity and induced-resistance effects of Jingdusha with different inducing concentrations, inducing times, inducing intervals and inducing durations were determined in this study. The results showed that Jingdusha itself had no bactericidal activity, but had significant induce resistance effect on cucumber seedlings.The highest control efficacy was 69.93%, when cucumber plants were treated with Jingdusha at 2.0 mL · L^-1 3 times at an interval of 7 d and last for 1 d. This study provided a new method for the control of C.cassiicola.
