摘　　要：建国70年来,我国卫生法律体系不断适应卫生发展需要,体系建设逐步完善。卫生法制与监督工作围绕卫生事业发展总目标,在卫生立法、监督执法和法制理论研究等方面取得显著成效,为人民群众健康和社会经济的可持续发展提供了有力保障。Seventy years since the founding of the People′s Republic of China,our health legal system constantly adapted to the needs of health development,and the system construction is gradually improved.Focusing on the general goal of health development,health legal system and supervision have achieved remarkable results in health legislation,supervision and law enforcement,and legal theory research,providing a strong guarantee for people′s health and socioeconomics sustainable development.
