摘　　要：近代医疗模式的传入彻底改变了中国传统的医患关系,它将工作场所从内在家庭转向外在医院;从以病人为中心转向为以疾病为中心;从关注病人的身与心转向为以疾病为表征的身体治疗为中心;它从一对一的医患关系转向一对多的新关系。法律概念下的"责任""委托"开始植入,这直接影响了近代医患关系。The introduction of the modern medical model has completely changed the traditional doctor-patient relationship in China.It has shifted the workplace from the inner family to the external hospital,from the patientcentered to the disease-centered,from the patient′s body to disease treatment,from one-to-one doctor-patient relationship to one-to-many relationships.Under the concept of law,the words "responsibility" and " entrust" began to be implanted,which directly affected the relationship between doctors and patients in modern times.
