摘 要:目的分析宁波市登革热病例流行病学特征.方法采用描述性流行病学方法,分析2009—2018年宁波市登革热病例流行病学特征.利用CO2诱蚊灯法调查宁波市各区县(居民区、公园绿地、医院等作为监测点)蚊媒种群构成,并用布雷图指数法调查伊蚊蚴密度.结果 2009—2018年宁波市累计报告登革热病例123例,其中输入性病例64例,输入性病例感染地点主要是东南亚(71.88%,46/64).病例年龄在6~87岁之间,男女性别比为1.5:1.职业以商业服务人员和离退休人员为主.伊蚊整体构成比为0.79%~3.22%,蚊蚴密度整体较高,5—10月均有登革热暴发风险,蚊中登革病毒核酸检测均为阴性.结论宁波出现本市感染病例和暴发疫情的风险大,应降低蚊密度,并做好病例早发现、早诊断、早隔离等防控措施.Objective To evaluate the epidemiological characteristics of dengue fever cases in Ningbo. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was to used to analyze the epidemiological characters of dengue fever cases in Ningbo from 2009 to 2018. The constituent ratios of mosquitoes in districts and counties of Ningbo (residential areas, park green areas, hospitals, etc. as the monitoring sites) were investigated by CO2 trapping lamp method. and the Breton Index (BI) was used to investigate the density of larvae of Aedes. Results A total of 123 dengue fever cases were reported from 2009 to 2018, of which 64 cases were imported cases. The patients were mainly infected in Southeast Asia (71.88%, 46/64). The ages of the cases ranged from 6 to 87 years old with a male to female ratio of 1.5:1. Most of the reported cases were commerce and service industry employees and retirees. The overall composition ratio of Aedes in Ningbo was 0.79%-3.22%. The density of mosquitoe larvae was high. The risk of dengue fever outbreak existed from May to October. The results of detection for nucleic acids of dengue virus in mosquitoes were all negative. Conclusions Ningbo is at high risk of local infection cases and outbreaks. The density of mosquito should be reduced. Control measures, including early detection, diagnosis and quarentine should be implemented for the cases.
