“随行就市,保底收购”还是“土地入股”?——农户加盟农业组织模式的两难抉择

摘　　要：针对现实中农户面临着农业加盟模式选择困难的问题,在市场价格和市场需求双重不确定的基础上,本文构建了"公司+农户"型农产品供应链模型,对比分析了农户在两种农业加盟模式"随行就市,保底收购"和"土地入股"下的最优决策行为.研究发现,当市场规模很大时,农户应选择"土地入股"模式;当市场规模较小时,农户的加盟模式选择与市场需求不确定性有关及订单价格、基本工资、土地分红比例等因素有密切关系.In view of the fact that the farmer faces the problem of difficult choice of agricultural joining mode,this paper investigates an agricultural products supply chain consisting of an agribusiness firm and a farmer for the production and supply of agricultural products by taking into account the uncertainty of market price and market demand.This paper also compares and analyzes the optimal decision-making behavior of farmers in the two agricultural joining modes of"protection price"and"land dividends".The study found that when the market size is large,farmers should choose"land dividends"mode;When the market size is small,the selection of farmers’ agricultural joining mode is related to the uncertainty of market demand and the factors such as the contract price,the basic salary and the proportion of land dividend.
