摘 要:料腿向上窜气是旋风分离器操作中的常见现象,不仅会对流场造成扰动,而且导致颗粒返混进而影响分离效率。为了探究窜气对动态流场的影响规律和机理,本文以PV型旋风分离器为研究对象,使用HWA测量速度流场的基础数据进行对比分析,采用Reynolds应力输送模型对料腿在不同窜气率下的压力流场进行数值模拟,初步探讨了窜气率对于压力波动的影响机理。结果表明,当入口速为15 m/s时,随着窜气率的增加,压力波动的幅值逐渐增大,当窜气率超过52%后压力波动强度开始下降。利用FFT对压力波动信号进行频谱分析表明旋风分离器内存在2个不同的主频,主频1为7Hz的低频,来源于向上窜气造成的压力波动;主频2为78.3Hz的高频,来源于旋涡尾端摆动。Gas leakage from dipleg is a common phenomenon in a cyclone separator,which will disturb the flow field,lead to particle backmixing and further affect separation efficiency.In order to investigate the influence regular pattern and mechanism of gas leakage on dynamic characteristics of flow field,in this paper,the PV type cyclone separator is used for research model.First,compares and analyses the velocity data of flow field measured by HWA.Then,the pressure of flow field is numerically simulated using the Reynolds stress transport model.The results show that the amplitude of pressure fluctuation increases with the increase of gas leakage rate when the inlet velocity is 15 m/s,and the intensity of pressure fluctuation decreases when the gas leakage rate exceeds 52%.The frequency spectrum analysis of pressure fluctuation signal by FFT shows that there are two dominant frequencies in the cyclone separator,the low dominant frequency originates in the pressure fluctuation caused by upward air leakage;the high dominant frequency is caused by the swing of the tail end of the vortex.
