摘 要:移动储能可以有效解决配电网中因分布式电源大量接入引起的电压越限问题。移动储能投资商是一个独立的利益主体,其收益很大程度上取决于移动储能配置是否合理。基于此本文提出配电网中的移动储能优化配置模型。该模型在移动储能车运行策略基础上,以投资周期内移动储能投资商收益最大为目标,考虑移动储能套利、参与调压的收益、延缓配电网升级的补贴收益及其投资与运行成本,计及配电网调压、接入节点转换、能量守恒等约束,对移动储能车的数量与额定容量进行优化。以改进IEEE33节点系统进行算例分析,算例结果表明本文优化配置模型可以使移动储能投资商获得盈利,提升移动储能经济性。The movable storage can solve voltage violation in distribution network due to large amount of distributed generation connection. The movable storage investor is an independent interest subject, and its earning and willingness to invest depend mainly on whether movable storage allocation is rational or not. Based on that we stablish an distribution network movable storage allocation model. This model is based on the movable storage operation strategy to optimize quantity and capacity of movable storage with the goal of maximum movable storage investor’s earning in investment cycle, and considering income from arbitrage, subsidy from voltage control, subsidy from standing over the upgrading of distribution network, the cost of investment and operation, and with the constraint of voltage control, change injection nodes, and energy conservation. The simulation results of IEEE 33-nodes system show that the allocation model can make investor profitable and improve the economy of movable storage.
