摘 要:电容量作为氧化锌压敏电阻器的一项性能指标,已经在GJB1782A-2015《压敏电阻器总规范》和GB/T10193-1997《电子设备用压敏电阻器第1部分:总规范》中,以标准形式确定为压敏电阻器的考核内容之一。在检测工作中发现,无论是脉冲负荷还是直流负荷,电负荷作用前后压敏电阻器的电容量的变化都比较大,同时在电负荷作用后的不同时刻测试电容量,会得到不同的结果,然而标准中并未对电负荷后电容量测试的恢复时间作出具体的规定。因而,研究了脉冲负荷和直流负荷对氧化锌压敏电阻器电容量的影响,并根据测试结果,提出了电负荷后电容量测试的具体恢复时间。As a performance index of ZnO varistor,capacitance has been determined as one of the assessment contents of varistor in standard form in GJB 1782A-2015 "General specification for varistors" and GB/T 10193 -1997 " Varistors for use in electronic equipment part 1:Generic specification".In the inspection work,it is found that the capacitance of the varistor changes greatly after electric load is applied,whether it is pulse load or DC load.At the same time, different results can be obtained when the capacitance are measured at different times after the electric load is applied.However,the recovery time of the capacity test after electric load isn't specified in standards.Therefore,the influence of pulse load and DC load on the capacitance of ZnO varistor is studied.And based on the test results,the specific recovery time of the capacitance measurement after the electric load is proposed.
