摘  要:为探索智能采摘技术叶片色泽和嫩度识别参数,本试验以毛蟹、黄旦、铁观音、肉桂、福鼎大白茶和福云6号等6个茶树品种为材料,利用计算机视觉技术,应用RGB和HIS色彩系统,研究不同品种茶树新梢不同叶位叶片色泽的差异性。结果表明:6个品种新梢叶片SPAD值随着成熟度的增加而提高,差异显著,可作为嫩采时第一、二、三叶位叶片的识别参数,也可作为区分同一品种老嫩梢的参数。叶片色泽较深的铁观音、毛蟹和肉桂3个乌龙茶品种第五叶的R值与本品种其他叶片差异显著;毛蟹、肉桂和铁观音可以通过I值区分第四、五叶;毛蟹还可通过H值区分第四、五叶;肉桂的H值可区分第三、四叶,B值可以区分第五叶;铁观音可通过H值区分第三、四、五叶;这些参数为成熟采(驻芽三、四叶采)的乌龙茶快速定位采摘技术提供参考依据。叶片色泽较浅的黄旦、福鼎大白茶和福云6号可以通过H、I、R、B值区分第一、二叶,S值可用于3个品种第三、四叶的区分;福鼎大白茶可通过R、B值区分第三、四叶;黄旦可通过R值区分第三、四叶,还可以用G、g、b区分本品种第一、二叶;这些参数为这3个嫩采品种不同叶位叶片的定位采摘技术提供参考依据。毛蟹、肉桂和铁观音的老嫩梢可通过I、R、G、B、r值区分,I值还可作为福鼎大白茶老嫩梢的区分参数,R、G、B、r值可作为福云6号老嫩梢的识别参数,为机械化智能采摘老嫩梢技术提供参考依据。In order to explorethe identification parameters of the color and tenderness of tea leaves by intelligent picking technology,,six tea varieties of Maoxie,Huangdan,Tieganyin,Rougui,Fuding Dabai,Fuyun No.6were used as materials to study the color differences of tea leaves in different shoot positions of different tea varieties by using computer vision technology and RGB and HIS color system.The results indicated that the SPAD value of new shoot tea leaves of six varieties increased with the increase of maturity,and the difference was significant,it can be used as the identification parameters of the 1st,2nd,3rd leaf positions during tender picking,as well as the parameters to distinguish the old and tender shoots of the same variety.The R value of the 5th leaf of three Oolong tea cultivars of Tieguanyin,Maoxie and Rougui with deeper color is significantly different from other leaves of these three cultivars.The 4th and 5th leaf of Maoxie,Rougui and Tieguanyin can be distinguished by I value.The 4th and 5th leaf of Maoxie can also be distinguished by H value.The H value can be used as a identification parameter of the 3rd and 4th leaf,and the B value as the parameter of the 5th leaf of Rougui.The H value can also be used to identify the 3rd,4th and 5th leaf of Tieguanyin.These parameters provide a reference for the rapid positioning and picking technology of Oolong tea during mature picking (3 or 4 leaves with stopped bud).The 1st and 2nd leaf of Huangdan,Fuding Dabai and Fuyun No.6 with light leaf color can be identified by H,I,R and B values,and the 3rd and 4th leaf of the three varieties can be distinguished by S value.The 3rd and 4th leaf of Fuding Dabai can be distinguished by R and B values.R value also can be used as a identification parameter for the 3rd and 4th leaf of Huangdan,and G、g、b values as the parameters for the 1st and 2nd leaf of it.These parameters provide a reference for the positioning and picking technology of different position leaf of the three varieties during tender packing.
